Wild Hearts - refund

So, I've been talking to ea support about Wild Hearts. I launched it for the first time last night and it didn't work. Random crashes. I tried everything I could find on here and on reddit taking me ...

    I'm sorry about your experience. Please note that you might still be eligible for a refund through the Great Game Guarantee: How to get a refund for EA games. Please take a look at the article and see if you can request it from there. 

    If that doesn't work, then you will need to contact EA Help Support once again, as we're unable to issue the refund for you here in the forums.

EA_cuervoI contacted support, they looked at the dxdiag log and then offered nothing back. Just said I cannot have a refund because my system is capable of running the game. So with that in mind what do I need to do to get this game to run?

      EA_cuervonope, game just freezes and then "disappears". I'm guessing it's some huge memory leak. How a major developer/publisher can just give the middle finger like this to so many of its customers is beyond me.
