Is the source of that screenshot people are referring to up-to-date?
The EA Play webpage claims it's "a library" of games, but no mention of "all games". This is communicated right before you click the button to join.

With regards to refunds: The EA help page on refunds and cancellations says EA Play subscriptions are generally not refundable, but that you can still contact support if you think you're eligible for a refund. Quote:
EA Play for PC memberships are generally not refundable. Request a refund on EA Help if you think you might be entitled to a refund.
I recommend going through official channels for a refund. If you have a source for misleading communication, make sure you provide a link when creating your support ticket.

The problem here is that EA Play Pro has been selling the illusion over the years to customers that they will receive all new EA games at launch for paying the premium price. Trying to wriggle your way out of it by technicality, saying "it doesn't explicitly say all" is extremely unfair. Many customers have been paying over the years with this in mind, and it is naive to say otherwise.
The least they could have done is notified their 'valuable' customers directly, rather than hoping most don't notice, until they come to a forum.
Consider the likelihood of archives where the EA Play Pro/Origin Access website has even more suggestive advertising when it comes to new game launches.
This leaves a major bad taste in the mouth of many, many customers.

Well, would you look at what appears on the Google search for the FAQs. Whoopsie, EA.
Surprise surprise, its gone from the live site.
Wow.

You are correct, the advertising that people are referring to is not up-to-date. The advertising was changed prior to the release of this game and without notice.
Also, some of their advertising that is still live is misleading (or at the very least confusing). One of the benefits is "all of our best games." (NOT all our games, just our best games.) That is worded very poorly, and likely on purpose. I have seen many complaints regarding that exact line. I would think a popular new release would count as a "best game".
I am not cancelling my membership, as it is included with my xbox membership. I haven't played an EA game in years and wanted to give this one a shot. If Split Decision were part of EA Play Pro, I would gladly upgrade my subscription, but since they pulled this stunt I lost interest in the game. I have 100's of games in my backlog between Steam and Epic, so I really don't need another game anyway.
