Here is your advertisement for EA Play Pro. This directly contradicts the game not being available. It certainly seems like false advertising. The issue needs to be elevated.

Just paid for EA Play Pro because the language on the website and app make clear that all first-party party EA games will be available upon launch. This is a scam when you don't follow these self-imposed rules. Many countries consider this a scam. Enjoy the consequences!
