Isn't it odd i posted way before this during launch, with all the error codes & specifics yet it was deleted for spam. Meanwhile only one part of the whole error was allowed to go through. Interesting no? My Post shortly after 12 Am on launch, also attempted to reach all twitters & Supports with no luck. Until almost week later. Still have no access to what i paid for, so far its been avoided talking about it. With even the support staff on live chat saying one thing & then quickly exiting so that you can't reply, deleting part of the convo, then just saying "No Fix" & essentially closing the ticket. There is 30 days by law in the u.s. for such issues to be worked out. I mean i want to play the game, its just kind of hard having any excitement left after going on almost 2 weeks & still don't have the product we paid for. Because of it i've had to not play the game, only logging in to check to see if it was fixed. Because if you play it & then say don't get what you paid for, than your most likely gunna be beat, in any terms of recouping your cost. Add with all that alot of us pre ordered it, & by the time we will be able to play (if it happens at all) the majority of the people will be done with it, because they simply just paid 15$ for a month while we at least i tried to support the game by paying 90$+. I hope it gets fixed soon, it should of been the first thing that was done since the only people having issues is people who actually bought it, while the people who were given copy's or just payed a month of EA pro had no issues. here's to crossing my fingers.
