I started playing Apex on February 22, 2026. I'm a new player with around 0.2 KD. I played with my brother, and we used a Watt Booster script to reduce lag, thinking it was just network optimization. Around game 10, during the final circle, we were both permanently banned at the same time.

I have appealed 5 times – all denied. Now my case shows "appeal limit reached." An EA Forum moderator told me to contact the Terms of Service Team, but emails to [edit: email address removed], [edit: email address removed], [edit: email address removed], and [edit: email address removed] were all rejected. I contacted the Data Protection Officer and was directed back to EA Help, but live chat says "advisor does not support this issue."

I accept the ban. I only want to unlink my Steam account from this banned EA account so I can play other games. But after 20 days, every channel is closed.
