Account ban

My account was inexplicably banned. I have been waiting for almost a month and submitted appeals twice, but EA hasn’t responded to me at all. As an ordinary player, I have played the game for nearly 800 hours; the account level was earned by me bit by bit. I reached almost level 400, and I also purchased several seasons of the battle pass and skins. I really don’t understand why I would be banned if my KD last season was only 0.8. I have not engaged in any cheating, and I have never logged into my account from an internet café or other locations. EA's cold handling of this situation is truly disheartening and disappointing! As an ordinary player, I don’t even have the proper appeal channels due to an incorrect linked email and can only appeal by paying. This is really distressing. I feel disappointed in EA and in this game, which seems to be deteriorating every day! If I had engaged in any cheating, my life would have been unfortunate starting this year.

Hmm, that is unusual. 🤔 They try to respond as soon as possible... Could you check your spam and junk folders or promotions tabs in your email inbox? An email response from Terms of Service may have been auto-filtered, and those tend to be the usual spots they get filtered to.

What does your case status say? You can find cases you've submitted in your 'My Cases' page when logged into the EA Help site.

    Hi IGOR0826,

Yes, you mentioned that. I understand you've not heard back. I won't know why, but I'll try to offer advice to help you reach out to them. Could you take a look at the cases in your My Cases page? I outlined how in my earlier post:
