Accessing EA Play on Xbox PC without Game Pass

Hi

Can I subscribe to EA Play and access it on the Xbox app for PC without subscribing to Game Pass?

I don't like the Game Pass membership and the ridiculous price they charge. I just want to subscribe to EA Play only and use that.
