activation EA Play on PSN

Hi everyone,

How long did it take you to have your EA account activated as an EA Play account, since the moment of the activation on PSN?

I see it directly in my playstation, but on my account nothing and the Live support keeps telling me that it is not active

And for that I don't receive the FIFA FUT rewards, and on the FIFA interface I can see the EA Play discounts??

Anybody had the same issue?

    @bak_neo422 

    You should contact Sony support for assistance with this. I'm not seeing any subscription on your account so they should be able to make sure you signed up correctly. Subscribing should give you access right away.

    I'm not seeing an EA Play subscription on your account. Did you subscribe to EA Play?

  • Yes I did!

    that’s why I’m asking, I even reopened the ps4 downloaded the EA PLAY Hub and bought it from the psn store.

    this is the reason why I’m asking, how long does it take? Because I see the discounts, but no rewards ans my account is ea play on PlayStation but not on the browser.

  • That’s the thing, I did contact them I confirmed that everything is correct, on PlayStation I’m accessing the hub which you can’t without a subscription !

    and the ea technical support is very bad.. that’s why I’m asking the question here, and I can see that I’m not the only who face this issues when you check all the topics mentioned

  • I understands, but this community can tell how long does it take to get or account activated from psn?

    i received the welcome email but my account was not activated yet
