After canceling my membership to ea play

After canceling my subscription

If I buy EA play in 1 month and then buy a game lets say FIFA 21 to get the 10 hour early access. Before the 1 month pass, I then cancel my subscription, what happens with the game I bought. Do I keep it and still get to play it or what?

Hey @Minkonsol,

If you purchase a game you would still be able to play it after your EA Play membership expires. You won't lose access to games you own outright.

Is that supposed to work like this? I didn't have money on my bank till yesterday and my membership was terminated. I re-activated it today but now I can't install FIFA at all...
