11 months agoHey @pepelipi2 Please make sure that the correct Xbox gamertag is linked to your EA account. You can check the linked Gamertag by visiting the Connections section on your EA account. Log out and sign back in to confirm your details on the console. If the correct gamertag is linked, please also confirm that your Game Pass membership is still active.

im pretty sure the xbox gamertag is linked to my EA account, and the details are all correct since its also the same i use to log in the compagnion app and my Game Pass membership works fine. Maybe the problem could be I have the normal instead of the Ultimate Game Pass?
