Banned for disputing double charge
Ok, so back in October I was charged twice for the same expansion pack in Sims 4. As anyone would do I disputed one of the two charges. I was refunded for one of the charges and the other charge went through. All was well and my expansion pack was still paid for. Fast forward to today. When I opened my phone I had an email stating that my account has been banned. This makes absolutely no sense to me. Was I supposed to allow them to rob me of $41 just to keep them from banning my account?
What I joke...It almost makes me wonder if EA is double charging people on purpose. Most respectable companies would see the mistake and promptly correct it, not BAN a customer for pointing out their mistake.
You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @chelssrhynes.
There is no other way to speak with the team and we are not able to assist with TOS issues on AHQ.
