they do not help at all, they spam me with the same answer tellingg me i have NO banned accoutns but i SENT THEM A SCREENSHOT of my account SAYING IM BANNED. they still spam me with stuff like " youre not banned and no restrictions have been found" .......

yes i somehow managed to login into my actual hacked account and all my details were changed including email. ive opened a case but its been 3 days and they havent been able to change the email /: ive also been "unbanned" like 3 times already and when i try play it tells me i am STILL permanently banned. i am sure thiis is my account now, i apologise for my quick to judge comment but they still havent done anything to help, my cases keep getting overturned with no results
