Banned for no reason at all and there is no explanation for it!

My account is banned for absolutely no reason. I created cases 2 times for it. The answer they give me is i'm violating the User Agreement Terms and your account will be remained banned. I asked for ...

yes i somehow managed to login into my actual hacked account and all my details were changed including email. ive opened a case but its been 3 days and they havent been able to change the email /: ive also been "unbanned" like 3 times already and when i try play it tells me i am STILL permanently banned. i am sure thiis is my account now, i apologise for my quick to judge comment but they still havent done anything to help, my cases keep getting overturned with no results
