Can’t subscribe to ea play

I’ve been trying to subscribe to ea play for 2 days but I keep getting an error: E-8210604A. It’s the first time this happens and it seems that nobody else is having this problem. Also, another weird thing is that when it tells me to confirm the monthly subscription, the message is in another language. I don’t know if this is important or not but I just find it weird. I’m from Portugal btw.

Hi @Beny24-KB

It could be an issue with your payment method, try switching payment method or adding funds to your account first and then try purchasing the subscription.

Also before doing anything, make sure your EA account is set to your preferred language along with the console/device you're using; make sure all your security settings are activated and your account is protected before changing payment methods etc.
