Cant buy ea play

Hi i have a problem i cant buy ea play even though i have enough money in my wallet in the psn store can anyone help?

    Hey @cofi1234567 do you have an active credit card on the account?


    For issues with billing on the PSN store, you will need to speak with PSN support.
