Can't cancel my EA Play membership

I think these replies from EA are a bunch of AI. I am having the exact same thing happen to me. I go to click "Cancel Membership" and it brings me back to the homepage. I called their number only to be redirected to the website with no option to speak to a real person.

EA Help is useless as well, as it tells just links us to the same "Cancel Membership" page that isn't working. Then it tells you to contact an EA Advisor, but no option to contact one. 

I had to call my bank an issue a stop payment for the charge and I'm hoping that works. Ill try another web browser like you did, but my account uses an old email address I don't have access to anymore. I was only able to login using Xbox, and that just opens internet explorer by default.

It really isn't though. Every single comment on this thread talks about following that guide step by step and the website is bugged out to not let you cancel it and it will not let you remove payment option out of your wallet. It's fine you guys are stealing but just own up to it.

Nah they're doing it on purpose 'cause I'm having the same issue Why do I need to be inconvenienced to have to call EA to cancel a membership which would be plain as day to be able to cancel on the website where it says cancel my membership but now when you click on it it takes you to the main page to try to get you to Get buy another membership It's a scam so you can't cancel your membership so they can keep taking your petty $5 a month and hope you don't notice it They're thiefs

This company is a bunch of thieves. It should never be this difficult to cancel a subscription. I have tried 3 separate browsers and the same thing keeps happening and there is no live chat with the link you provided EA_Solaire​ . 

The Chat with Us option doesn't seem to appear on the site.  How can I chat with an EA advisor or submit a request?  I'm not seeing the option on the website that you linked EA_Solaire​.  Thanks for any assistance.

If you need to get a payment method removed from your account, that's something the live support team can take a look at with you- here on the forums we aren't able to access your billing details to get that removed for you.

Please reach out to live support for more help on this by submitting a request here. 

I've tried using two web browsers.  The message returned is 

Something went wrong

We can't delete this payment method right now.
