Can't Download EA Games Using Xbox Ultimate Subscription

@EL6OG Were you able to get the game downloaded?

no am not able to download, this is what i get when i press install in xbox on pc,

See if the following resolve it?

• Close the EA app.
• Navigate to the Xbox app.
• Go to settings (click your name in the top left corner)
• Select "extensions."
• Disable the extension for the EA App 
• Locate the game you want to download on the Xbox app
• You'll notice that the install selection has now gone away and been replaced by an option asking you to "enable extension." 
• Enable the EA app extension
• The Xbox app should then launch the EA app automatically
• Once you see the EA app open, you should now be allowed to select an SSD/HDD to install the game

unfortunately didn't work.
