Can't Download EA Games Using Xbox Ultimate Subscription

i have xbox ultimate account on pc , when i try to download need for speed unbound for example it takes me to ea's app and it show me to buy the game and note that my ea account and xbox account are ...

no am not able to download, this is what i get when i press install in xbox on pc,

  See if the following resolve it?
  
  Close the EA app.
  
  Navigate to the Xbox app.
  
  Go to settings (click your name in the top left corner)
  
  Select "extensions."
  
  Disable the extension for the EA App
  
  Locate the game you want to download on the Xbox app
  
  You'll notice that the install selection has now gone away and been replaced by an option asking you to "enable extension."
  
  Enable the EA app extension
  
  The Xbox app should then launch the EA app automatically
  
  Once you see the EA app open, you should now be allowed to select an SSD/HDD to install the game
