Can't start the EA play trial when I own the game

I have pre-ordered the game before and have EA play access through Xbox game pass. In EA app there is no option to launch the 10 hour trial that the EA play should give. I can (and have) pre-load t...

    The resolution to this issue was to refund the pre-order. Kinda ridiculous but at least I can play the game now.

Hi @BeQuis,

When the Play Button is greyed out, usually clearing the cache via App Recovery and restarting the EA app and your PC should do the trick.

Please give it a go an let me know how it went.

I've tried everything to the point of uninstalling to reinstall and now I cannot even re-install because the library game is overruled by the message saying my trial has expired, but I own the game. how can this be happening?
