I've got an EA Play subscription and I'm having an issue when trying to add Crysis 3 to my game library. When I open the store page for this game on Origin, the screen starts to flicker and there's no way to add the game. I've tried logging in via a web browser and have the same issue. This is the only game where this happens. Any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it?
Hi. I've attached a screenshot to show the issue I'm having when opening the store page for this game.
I'm having the same issue on Edge and Firefox on my Windows 10 PC and Chrome on my Android mobile phone.
Tried it on a different Wi-Fi network and through 4G on my mobile phone and still can't add this game to my library.
Just to add to my previous message, I was able to view the store page through a VPN connected to a server in Ireland. The issue seems to be that I can't view the page with a UK IP address.
So I tried to Install Crysis Maximum edition from my DVDs today because Origin won't let me activate the keys. The game won't even install anymore on Windows 10. I called EA support and they said that they don't support the game and can't grant me a key for the game because it's too old. This makes no sense because EA still sells the game both on Origin and on Steam. I find it ridiculous that EA support says that they have no way to add the game to my origin account even if they want too. This is not acceptable EA, please do something about this.
I'm getting this same issue and given I live in Northern Ireland it's hilarious if I go a few miles down the road plug in and I can download the game no issue but remain here with my BT internet connection nope. Absolutely ludicrous really. This was one of the few games I wanted to play since I signed up.

Exactly as the OP describes. I'm just going to use a VPN so I can use the Ireland store rather than travel to friends over the border given the pandemic and all. Given that its in the list of games available in the UK via EA play this is a very strange bug. Could support add this game to my library for me?
when i try to add crysis 3 to my library the screen flickers rapidly and i cant do so. crysis 3 is the only game that does it so far.
