Crysis Key Verification Problem

EA Support Team, hello. I subscribed to your EA Play service on Steam and downloaded the Crysis game. When I open the game, the screen on the images I shared with you appears. When I click the Done button, the same screen opens again. Even though I entered the CD Key that Steam gave me, it still didn't fix. I verified the game's files, deleted and reinstalled, but it still hasn't improved. As a customer, I request your help to compensate for my grievance. Thanks in advance.

    When you have the chance please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. 

    If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

    Me too, I contacted both EA and Steam support and neither have helped me.

    i have all the first edition disks of this game and havent been able to run any of them and many times tried but no responce

    must be bad going to work every day and get hate 

    but ya get what ya give lol
