Download stuck on a spinning wheel when downloading from Xbox Gamepass

So basically when I hit install from Xbox gamepass it opens EA desktop but then a loading wheel just infinitely spins. I have changed UAC, uninstalling it then downloading xbox, cleared cach and rest...

Can you create a new Windows admin account and try there to see if you have the same issue @KingOf_AllMuffin?
