Recently purchased a series X, transferred games and profile onto the new console but EA Play will not log me into any of my games.
EA Play still works on old Xbox One so can play FC25, F1 etc but doesn’t transfer to new Xbox. Does my linked account not move over with my profile?

Thanks but that hasn’t worked. The games that’s on my old Xbox is not on the cloud on my new Xbox and I can sign into the games without the need to sign up to ea play again. I don’t understand why it’s not transferring

You should be able to access EA Play on your new device as long as you log in with the same account you used to purchase it. If you're logged in with the same Xbox account, please try to log out, restart your device, and log back in.
