Game Pass Premium&EA Play ISSUE
Hi all, I purchased a Rog Ally, and it came with 3 months of game pass premium, which includes EA play! How exciting! EXCEPT: I cannot get EA play to work for downloading games. I have tried everything. Uninstalled and reinstalling both apps, tried to install from Xbox app, unlinked and relinked my accounts, restarted my system, contacted support, the list goes on and I can’t get an EA PLAY game to download, even though it’s all linked, same email, everything! I was truly looking forward to trying out EA play to see if I’d want to continue a subscription in the future; but this has absolutely turned me away from it. Please help. Today I purchased Game Pass Ultimate for the first time. First, I logged into the EA app using my Xbox account, where I purchased the Game Pass, and started downloading FC 25. When the game downloaded, I tried to launch it, but it kept getting stuck preparing to launch. Then I realized my Xbox region was set to the wrong one. I changed it in Windows settings, restarted my computer, and deleted the downloaded game. Then I went to the Xbox app and tried to install the game from there, but I encountered the error mentioned in the title of this post. How can I finally play EA games included in EA Play?
EA Play Deployment Pack - BF6, not available for the Epic store subs of EA Play
I am having this exact same issue. I replied under this person's post which seems to have not gathered any official response or feedback. As said in my reply under this post. I am unable to also access the in game rewards, specifically the deployment pack which is stated to be available to both EA Play and EA Play Pro subscribers. I will link to the website where this is stated with no disclaimer that says it is only available if you sub through the EA App. Since EA Play is available on multiple platforms I would then be somewhat justified in assuming it is available to all EA Play members since no official disclaimer has been posted or can be found. It is neither present in the EA Play terms and conditions on the page but in fact states that EA Play once again is available on several platforms.
Paid for EA Play via Epic Games 3 Days Ago - Still No Service!
It has been exactly 3 days since I paid for an EA Play subscription via Epic Games, and I still have absolutely zero access to the service. I have already contacted Epic Games support, and they explicitly stated that the activation process is managed entirely by EA, effectively pointing the finger at you. As a paying customer, I am sick and tired of being stuck in the middle of your failed technical integration with Epic. There is no option to link accounts on the Epic side, and your EA App just throws meaningless error messages whenever I try to launch a game I paid for. Do NOT reply with standard troubleshooting articles or generic "we are looking into it" responses; I have already tried everything. I have paid for a service I am not receiving, which is unacceptable. I demand that you manually activate my subscription or fix your backend issues immediately. EA Play Pro not applying to bf6
I purchased EA Play Pro today to play bf6 multiplayer but it's not applying in-game. I had originally downloaded the game from steam, but subscribed through the ea play app. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted files, everything, but nothing seems to work. Please Help!
