EA Play - Steam Account Sync
I have a new Steam Account (Windows) and yesterday purchased the EA Play through EA, the accounts are linked and Steam can see the subscription but its not showing in the EA Play site. I can't see any of the EA Content that's meant to be part of the EA Play deal and everything still comes at a cost. What am I missing?

Ea Play Pro Cancelled After Payment Failure
My EA Play Pro membership was automatically cancelled due to a failed renewal payment. I received two emails at exactly the same time: one asking me to update my payment method and another stating that my membership had been cancelled. I immediately contacted my bank and resolved the payment issue, and my payment method is now fully functional. When I contacted EA Support, I was informed that the payment failure was caused by technical issue with EA's payment collection service. Therefore, this was not a problem with my bank or my card. I did not voluntarily cancel my EA Play Pro membership. I only want to complete the renewal payment for my existing membership at the renewal price that was offered to me. I understand that the system currently asks me to purchase a new membership, but doing so would remove the renewal pricing I previously had. I am ready to make the renewal payment immediately using the updated payment method. I am not requesting a refund. I simply want to pay the renewal amount for my existing membership.

XBOX account link - all set ok but says no subscription
I've been having this issue for months - froze and restarted xBox pass in hopes it'll move it. Linked accounts seem to tie up, but something is clearly broken. I've found no resolution. The messages I sent via bot chats resulted in EA blamings XBOX, XBOX blaming EA - to me it's EA as XBOX shows everything correctly. I've done full cycle of troubleshooting several times. Contacted both teams - it's shocking how hard is it to get hold of anyone at EA and when you do, they've got no clue (just running off a script). Clearly issue in data between XBOX & EA but no means of EA team sending request to XBOX team to clarify and fix issue if account confirmed as Premium?

EA Play Pro Isn't Working
I have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, and my EA account is linked to my Xbox account. However, whenever I try to download a game through EA, I see a message saying I need to purchase that game. I've had my EA account since 2020, and it's always given me trouble, but the fact that it won't let me use a service I can't purchase is driving me crazy.

Suspicous EA account linked to my Playstation account
Hello EA, I hope you all doing well. I would like to inform that I am unable to play FC25 on my PS5 and my PS5 is powered with my PS id- [edit: email address removed]. Whenever I open the FC25 game on PS5 it says that " your accout has been disabled" I tried to login into EA website using the PS id platform option, then i entered my email - [edit: email address removed] and it said that please enter the code sent to "br*****@bastnasitemail.ru." i don't recognize this account and surely it is a hackers email. Moreover, i check on this suspicious email domain - "bastnasitemail.ru." and found that it is blacklisted domain on servers. That confirms that account- "br*****@bastnasitemail.ru." is hacker Now the problem is this suspicious EA account is attached to my PS ID- [edit: email address removed] and due to which I won't be able to play any EA games on my Playstation. Please help me on this as early as possible

xbox game pass ultimate not giving FC26 or EA play
My EA account is linked to my xbox account which has gamepass ultimate and when i go to the EA app on my computer it only gives me the option to install the preview for FC 26. However, on the xbox app it shows that i can install the full version but when i do it only installs the preview. It is also not giving me my EA play subscription.

Unknown EA account linked to steam and google email
i cant play apex for a while because my an unknown EA account linked to steam and google email.i cant log in my game from steam or ID name. The hacker changed my id name,too.So far i have 'Contact us' in this page many times to get thing back.But none reply.My friends have up to GOLD,and me stuck in this **bleep**..............OMG
