EA App says I have no membership for the pass even though I do

I paid for the 1 month discount with playstation, but when I log onto the EA app it says I don't have a membership. I'm sure I paid for it as when I log onto my PS account on the PS website it says I...

Hey @jiivester,

So just to confirm, you have a PlayStation subscription for EA Play, right? Because subscriptions don't transfer between platforms, so if you only have the PlayStation subscription, it won't do anything on the EA app. If you want to benefit from EA Play there too, you'll need to subscribe via the app as well.
