EA Play Pro Membership

Hello.

On 30 /07/2025, my annual EA Play Pro membership was renewed without my knowledge. In my country, I have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Since the renewal date, I have not logged in, even though the application was previously installed on my computer. If you wish, I can share my computer records with you.  

If you prevent me from exercising my right to cancel this subscription and refuse to issue a refund, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and take the necessary legal steps. I contacted you when I received notification of the charge, but I did not receive a response. This is my final attempt to communicate with you.

I applied for support but no one responded. I'm trying my luck here too.
