EA Play can’t connect to Xbox (cloud gaming, no console)

Hi there.

When I try to link the services EA give me the file attached.

I think it’s an account issue because my EA Play account was linked to PS when I was in Italy and wasn’t used for long time.

The Ultimate Pass was activated in USA for cloud gaming. I have no console.

Anyone can help?
