EA Play Cancelled while Xbox GamePass Active

With Xbox Game Pass subscriptions, only Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscriptions include EA Play access. If the Game Pass you have is one of those, then EA Play access should be provided. The message you've received likely refers to the previous EA Play membership you had, which is automatically cancelled when EA Play members join Xbox Game Pass. 

It might be worth checking whether the Xbox account is linked to the correct EA account, as sometimes signing in with a different login method can create a 'ghost' account.

Thank you for getting back to me! I can access EA through XBox,  but I don't get the discounts I used to have through my subscription on the actual EA launcher. I'll take another look at my XBox Game Pass (I do have that) to see if something is messed up somehow.
