Your purchase transaction on the PS5 goes to the Sony store. Please contact their support, so they can check your account and see what happened.

Hi.
Unfortunately the answer is unacceptable as looking at Sony subscription it has no changes, and no purchase change. Even the purchase dates do not match (please see attached files).
Please check what is going on and why is EA charging me differently than my Sony subscription. Thank you
