EA play does not detect xbox gamepass

I bought xbox ultimate today and when I connected to ea playa, imagine that no game detected gamepass and asked me to buy it. xbox detects the connection problem but does not fix it. ea play said that I will wait for a few months when I try to disconnect my xbox. Can you help me?
