EA Play doesn't open up on PS4
Hi. My brother has EA Play Hub installed in his PlayStation 4. When he opens the APP, it doesn't load anything: he can't see games of his subscription, he can't see free games, he can't see installed games etc... If he tries to switch pages in the APP, the APP will crash. The error code is "CE-34878-0". His PlayStation is in a perfect state and it's able to run anything but EA Play HUB. We tried searching up for the error code but we couldn't resolve the problem. He can't even download the games that he purchashed with the subscription! Please help us.
The EA Play app is no longer supported on PS4. Rather than using the app, your brother should be able to just download EA Play games directly from the PSN Store.
