Merhaba, 0212 391 04 01 PS destek hattini arayarak yardim talebinde bulunur musun?
03504997 talep dosyasini acan kisi ile ayni sorunu yasiyorum diyebilirsin.
I contacted Turkish PS Network, they sent them lots of screenshot to prove the situation, they are now investigating.

We have same problem that is disolved yet. We all got EA Play account on PS5 but we cannot play F1 2021 as free. When call and ask PSN Help Service, they said it’s EA community’s problem.

Same problem , game in EA play list but i can only buy it or download trial, Please fix this already.
If you advertise your service and we paid for months you should gave us what you promise, not any less

2nd weekend want to play F1 game and cannot it is wery unprofessional from your side
- 4 years ago@EA_Darko i could bet if there is a bug that allow users to get free games that u not supposed to get, that will be fixed in hours cause you will be losing money. But it works only in one direction, u do not care about other people losing money. There is a reason you the worst company period.

This problem has been going on for 2 weeks and it's still not solved. I feel like it shouldn't have taken this long to fix this kind of an issue, I can't even put into words how unbelievably absurd this is. 2 weeks worth of subscription money down the drain for the person that created this thread. It might not be much, but from a customer's perspective, these kinds of situations really hurt your image as a company (at least in my eyes, and pretty sure most of the users in Turkey). Frustration is an understatement on how we, the customer, feel for this kind of conduct where it takes more than 14 days to take care of such a problem.
