EA Play won't launch on PS4. Its not a connectivity issue, Anthem works fine. I simply get the "oh no" message when trying to open EA Play hub and thats all.

after the application has been updated, I can no longer enter it. maybe it's a problem that I don't have an active subscription and sony made it through their store
Hi, i recently updated the app and have the same issue. Wont connect. In my PS4 subscriptions EA Access is there, doesnt expire until the end of October. PSN ID is mythicalproblems.

Hi I have the same issue and have been unable to access EA Play for at least a month which is extremely frustrating.
If you could help it would be really appreciated as I am not getting any acces to this service, my PSN Account is: andybangor.
My EA Access was working completely fine until the App was rebranded and changed to EA Play where it now does not open and displays the "Opps" message.
I'm not sure how it could be an issue with the my EA Play/Access membership being applied to the correct PSN account as it obviously has been correctly linked if I was able to use EA Access to download and play games for months before the App/service rebrand to EA Play.
My EA Access/Play sub does not end until next year.
