hi- i have purchased on origin the membership to play sims 4. when i go to my library, it says i purchased the version for windows and "click here for mac".. when i click the mac one, it says its on mac platform and the tab is "my library" instead of purchase so it just takes me back and forth. any ideas?

@ashleyhump It appears you're using Origin Access, which is not available on Mac. Have you bought the game outright from Origin or did you get it through Origin Access?

Merged your post into this one. Please read the instructions in the opening post on page 1 on how to buy the game outright. There are also instructions on how to cancel your Origin Access subscription.

I had the same problem. You should cancel your membership and pay for the game in origin. 🙂
