You haven't bought the game, you've bought an Origin Access subscription. You need to cancel your subscription and BUY the Sims 4 base game.

sims 4 not downloading on Mac telling me I need base game first then wen I downloaded that its saying only compatible with windows

    I've merged your posts into this thread. Please see the opening post on page 1 for instructions on how to purchase the game for Mac. Origin Access is a subscription service only available for Windows users.
