EA Play membership auto expired in 4 days after buying

I bought EA play membership on 19th march 2026 and my account is saying its expired on 22nd, I just logged in today on 27th and found out. How to resolve this ?? will they reimburse for this ? ...

Hello NOTKARTIK,

can you please check that the new membership that you made a few days ago actually went through?

If you can find the payment in your bank account, I'd recommend contacting EA Support, so they can check the status of the payment and membership from their side. If you can't find the payment in your bank account, then it most likely didn't go through and you'll have buy the membership again, making sure the payment actually goes through.
