Hey just trying to help out. Seems like EA makes it as difficult as possible to try and keep people's money.
- Don't use your account at ALL if you want a refund since it renewed. Don't download any games, don't play anything. You have a right of withdrawal within the. First 14 data but only if you don't access any games digitaly. EA play subscription aren't refundable otherwise. ( See refund policy https://help.ea.com/en/articles/orders-and-rewards/refunds/#ea-refund-policy )
- Make sure your account has been canceled so it does not auto-renew. https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-account/how-to-cancel-ea-play/
- Contact an EA advisor to start a case, get support and try and refund. https://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/
- If you meet the refund policy and you have done all you can to talk with EA and they aren't complying as a last resort you can try doing a charge back through the credit card you paid for. EA will have a chance to defend themselves and If you don't meet the refund requirements you won't get your money back ( and they also threatened to put lock or restrict accounts that try this for "fraud protection")
This is the link the forum admins usually link to but it's not very helpful.

Good luck! But if you have touched any games since it renewed you are just out of luck and can't get a refund because EA is a money hungry organization that does predatory practices because they don't care about their customers.
