EA Play Not Working on Mac - How Do I Get a Refund?

Just about 30 minutes ago, I purchased EA Play intending to use it on my Mac. However, I learned after purchasing, because there are no clear indicators, that EA Play is not supported on Mac. I try to go through EA's "Contact Us" portal, but every time I try to start a chat, I just get taken to help articles.

I really just need to figure out how to get a refund as I paid for the yearly subscription and have absolutely no way to use it. Anyone who can help would be greatly appreciated!

In order to get this membership cancelled and get a refund submitted, you'll need to speak with live support as we aren't able to access your billing details here on the forums.

To speak with live support, please submit a request on the site here. You can select EA Play as the product, then I want a refund. From there, you'll see the available contact options for live support.

Thank you for your response. That is the problem though. When I follow the steps you provide to contact support, as soon as I hit the “SEND” button to start the chat, it just takes me back to the help topics.
It’s literally an endless cycle of selecting EA Play, selecting “I want a refund,” clicking “Chat with us,” entering a subject for the chat, hitting “SEND,” then getting taken back to the same page where I need to select EA Play again.
I have tried this both on my mobile device and on my Mac browser.

@joeypedro Try a different browser. If that doesn't help, use a private browser window, don't sign in, and select the can't login option, which should offer you a live chat.
