I recently signed back up for my EA Play. I chose Steam and it took me to Steam where I paid the $29.99 for the year. But Origin is still saying I don't have EA Play, and I can't play any of my free to play or purchased games in Steam either. Does this not work? I assume that when Origin took me to Steam to sign in and purchase my accounts would be linked, is this not the case?

Let's make sure you're on the correct account. When you visit your purchase history for Origin or Steam do you see the EA Play purchase there?
No, I do not see it in Origin, that's the problem. But I activated the sub in Origin and it had me sign into Steam and purchase it there. I only have one EA account, and the email on my Steam is the same.
