I've been an EA Play Pro user for three years, and due to an error during payment, I'm currently unable to receive the service I was promised. Could you please provide me with support regarding this issue? I really need it.

I received my $119.99 refund, but I can't continue my EA Play Pro membership at 999.99 TRY fee promised to me in the email. I believe you, administrators, will help me with this issue. Thank you.
