EA Play Pro can I use my account on PC & Xbox & PS5?

While EA Play is available on multiple platforms your membership is tied to the platform you joined on. If you joined on Steam, your Play List, member discount, and all other benefits will only be available here.

So unfortunately you would have to buy a new subscription for each platform (it's dumb I know, but that's how it is).
