EA Play Pro Membership was canceled due to payment method

I got 2 e-mails at noon today, one saying that I needed to update my payment method and the other saying that my subscription was canceled. one came at 13:01 and the other at 13:02. I had updated my payment method 3-4 days ago, but my subscription was canceled with an error. The message said to contact EA Support, but I can't contact EA Support. How can I update my subscription?

    @EA_Shepard thanks it worked. I was able to go to the support section. I also created a case, but after saying resume case, it gives time for chat. the time is constantly changing. i have been waiting for about 30 min for 7 min waiting time to pass. how can i solve this problem.

    hello,i received an email to continue my EA PLAY PRO subscription for 999 turkish liras.Today,i received another email about update your payment method but i already updated my payment method 2 days ago.Now,they canceled my subscription and they offered to me''subscribe for 120$''.It's equal nearly 4k turkish liras.Please help me quickly.I can not play fc25 rn.

    Gotcha. Try this. Pull up a browser and clear all cache and history from all time.

    Then close it open a new tab and go to Help.ea.com

    Make sure you are not logged into the site. Then try the following. If they do not work, just change the options but stay logged out.

    • Select the Games Support tab
    • Select EA App or EA account
    • Select See all help topics
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
    • Select Continue without logging in
    • This should give you the chat/email option

    @EA_Shepard When I click on the link sent, I am redirected to the frequently asked questions section and it is an AI Bot I can't figure out how to contact them. How can I contact them or send them an email?

    @theaek7 This is something that has to be handled by live support. Why are you not able to contact them?
