EA Play Pro Not Activated, but Payment Was Charged
On October 11, 2025, I purchased an EA Play Pro subscription for one month. The system showed that the payment failed, but when I checked my bank account, I saw that the amount for the subscription had already been charged. However, my EA Play Pro subscription has not been activated.
When I checked my order history on my EA account, it shows the status as “Failed.” I’ve attached a screenshot of this for reference.
I’m very frustrated and concerned that I may have lost my money. Please look into this issue and contact me as soon as possible.
