EA PLAY PRO Payment

I have previously purchased an annual membership. But I ended my annual membership. I want to get an annual membership again. I changed my card because there was a problem. I try both my new card and my other cards with a different payment method, but the payment is not made. I live in Turkey. Is this why there is a problem?

    @cienfizy I solved. I tried 4. another Mastercard card and payment was done. Thanks all gm's for responding anything
