EA Play Pro Subscription Cancelled Earlier Than Email Date
Hello,
My EA Play Pro subscription was recently cancelled due to a payment issue, but I never intended to cancel it. My payment method is already saved, and I have now updated my payment details.
I kindly ask for my EA Play Pro subscription to be reactivated and for billing to continue as before. I would also like to keep my previous billing cycle if possible.
In addition, I received an email regarding this issue. The email shows the date 10/15/25, but my subscription was cancelled earlier than that. I can provide the screenshot if needed.
