I payed for the pro subscription but i still have the based subscription can someone help me why it doesn´t changed to the pro i payed with paypal

yeah. it was on hold for about 18 hours after writing support. And now it says payment failed. Now i dont feel like trying it again just to wait a day and see its failed again. The issue is on ea side cuz i can buy things with paypal on other sides with no problem at all.
i cannot purchase ea play pro with paypal for me anyone got the issue ?
