EA Play Pro canceled without consent, now charging higher than promised.

I have an ongoing case about my EA Play Pro subscription that was cancelled without my consent. It says that it is waiting for me in the status section. My case numbers are "#224926512" and "#225064321". Is there any updates on it? I want to continue with my membreship with the said price. The emails that are sent to me are in the picture. One is belonging to year 2024, on that year, my subscription was succesful and I was a EA Play Pro member for the whole year, so don't mind that it says EA Play on the mails. You can check my membership status if possible to see I was a Pro member, and you can also see that I played FC 25 with it, which was not available to the regular EA Play members at the time. Plus, I already bought some FC Points because I thought that my membership would go on as promised. And I cannot connect to live chat to continue my case, so I am seeking help here. Please fix my issue so I can continue my membership as promised.

    bro I hope they will be fix this sittuation. They have the best live support workers they will figure it out

    I have the same problem. A cancellation notice was sent from EA. When I go to the membership section, it says it has expired. Today is my annual payment date. Were you able to resolve this?

    My EA Play Pro subscription, which has been ongoing for three years, was terminated without my knowledge. EA sent a cancellation notice and is now demanding nearly five times the amount for a new subscription. However, a month ago, I received an email stating that my membership would be renewed today. I want my membership to continue with the same terms and conditions. I never canceled it.

    I got the same situation as well, I created a ticket 5 days ago, and still there is no any update from EA. What a joke.

    Hi,

    Same situation here, it seems that EA didn't want to reply us on this issue and just wanna charge us more.
