EA play refund possible?

How do i refund my EA play membership? I dont want it anymore and i forgot that it would automatically be bought again. If i cant refund then how do i stop it so it wouldnt buy the membership again next year?

Hi @Yeos_Man,

The categories available are limited somewhat. There isn't a refund category to select there as refunds aren't available for EA Play subscriptions aside from the rare exception. For now, select an option like 'Orders' or 'Manage my membership' and when speaking to the agent provide additional context. The agent will then review your case to see if you meet the criteria for a refund.

Who is able to help with an exception all case? Because it isn't an EA advisor. I would like to know who else could help as I was told by multiple EA support Advisors that my case does meet the refund requirements but that due to technical issues and limitations of the underlying support tools, they can't give me one. How is this still a large issue 5 years later?

Did you ever get one? Looks like EA has a systemic issue, they have shown multiple times they don't care about customers.
