EA Play Rewards on Xbox Series S. Pulling my hair out

Issue - EA Play Rewards not showing on FIFA 22 FUT.

Format - Xbox Series S.

Hello,

There appears to be an issue with the EA Play Rewards for FIFA 22 not showing in game. These items are missing. I've contacted EA customer Support twice now and have got nowhere. The chat agent ask me to contact Xbox Support because the EA Play membership is part of my Ultimate GamePass. Xbox Support have confirmed there's no issue with my account or the GamePass. They also told me to contact EA Support again. Having done so today, I'm still missing the rewards from EA Play on the Xbox Series S version of FIFA 22. 

The EA Customer Support asked me to download the EA Manager on the PC. I'm not sure why because I have FIFA 22 on the Xbox Series S. When I try to sign up to EA Play and choose the Xbox version on the website, it tells me I'm already a subscriber to the service and shows me the welcome to EA Play screen on the website.

One thing I would like to add is the EA Play Rewards for other games work without any issues. I recently claimed some for NHL 22 on the Xbox Series S.

I'm really not sure what the issue is here. I've found the EA Customer Support be to unhelpful while trying to sort this out.

The case number is 103813943.

    To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

    Click on your product FIFA 

    Then select 'XBOX

    Manage my Account'

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

    The same thing is happening to me I have Xbox ultimate game pass and ea play but not receiving rewards

    Thanks for the reply and feedback. Sorry to hear about the rewards issue too. I'm really not sure what the problem is. ☹️

    Hi, Just a quick update on the EA Play Rewards.

    FIFA 22 - The Pride of London Apparel has appeared in game. The VOLTA Coins have not. 

    FIFA 22 - The FUT Robbie Kean Tifo Set reward isnt there.

    There's been no official reply from EA to this post. 

    The VOLTA Coins and Kean FUT Tifo are still missing from FIFA 22. I've not been able to claim these rewards. The time window to claim these as part of EA Play Rewards will soon be closed.

    The same thing has happened again. A new month and yet more missing EA Play Rewards for FIFA 22. I've logged into FUT. Nothing.
