ea play says offer is not available

I was away to subscribe to ea play and i downloaded the app but it would not let me pick the £3.99 option because apparently " the offer is not available". i have tried restarting the app and deleting it and installing it again but still no luck. i have looked on Q&A websites and nobody has seemed to run into this problem

    Hey @RynoSand that error message is an Xbox error, the best thing to do is to speak with Xbox support as they will be able to best assist with any issues on their console.

    I'm getting the same issue, I'm on an Xbox one S, trying to purchase the one month EA play, but it gives me a "app-conversionUnavailable" error.

    It also says the offer is not available.

    However I'm still confused as I currently have an Xbox game pass ultimate subscription activated, and I've read EA play should be included with Xbox game pass ultimate.

    Am I doing something wrong?
